The lively evening snacks in the lobby were a delightful surprise, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
We experienced some loud street noise during the night that disrupted our sleep, even after mentioning it to the front desk.

The spa area offers a steam room that effectively helps unwind after a day on the slopes. The shuttle service to the slopes operates seamlessly, making it easy to hit the powder without needing a car.
Rooms are quite cramped. in one case, accessibility to the bed was hindered. WiFi is noticeably slow—had to wait to get in late one night because the doors were closed. While the location is indeed excellent, the overall experience doesn't align with the high price tag.

The balcony had barely space for one chair, which was a letdown.

The culinary scene nearby was a delightful adventure—Casa Valerio's handmade pasta and Le Serac's mouthwatering fondue were standout meals! Plus, the breathtaking view of Mont Blanc from our balcony was the cherry on top.
Despite a few rusty pipeline hiccups leaving the toilet water slightly yellowish, everything else sparkled at the Grand Hotel. Understandable, given its vintage vibe!

Awesome stay in Chamonix!
Check-in was a breeze, especially since we arrived super late. The staff were total lifesavers, helping us out with activities and keeping our stuff safe. Spent some quality time at the spa while waiting for our bus. Only thing was the breakfast felt a bit pricey, but everything else rocked!

The hotel boasts an exceptional location right in the heart of town, providing easy access to boutiques and restaurants. The staff truly sets this place apart with their warmth and attentiveness, making every guest feel valued. Enjoyed delightful homemade rolls during evening snacks, which added a cozy touch to the atmosphere. the spa felt a bit cramped and could benefit from more seating, especially after a long day. while the shuttle service is convenient, it’s not ski-in/ski-out, which could be a downside for some guests.

Amazing stay with fab service!
Had a lovely time! The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. We used the spa, which was just what we needed after a long day. Room had an awesome view but, honestly, could've used a bit more lighting. Enjoyed in-room breakfast too! Definitely worth a visit for couples!

great stay with minor inconveniences
The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The private shuttle service made getting to the slopes stress-free, a fantastic touch for skiers. We were fortunate to have a stunning view of the mountains from our room, which added to the experience. The nearby restaurants suggested by the hotel had delightful options that enhanced our stay.
The room felt a bit cramped for our family.

Perfect location for a family ski trip
The staff at this hotel were,, incredible! They really went all out to help us with ski rentals and dinner reservations, making everything easy and fun for the kids.
It wasn’t cheap,, but when you consider the experience, I’d say it was still acceptable.
